Went gym despite my poorly foot and think I did pretty good!
Just over 30 minutes on the like sitting down bike? Not sure what it’s called. Low-medium speed because I was relaxing a little.
About 20-25 minutes on the treadmill. As it’s painful to run for too long I mixed it up a bit. Super fast power walk on flat, power walking on a medium incline, fast as I could on an high incline. I did some 1 minutes runs, a 2 and a half minute run and then 2 minutes on 11.5 which is the fastest I’ve reached yet.
About 15 minutes in total on the cross trainer and the cross trainer where you only move you legs.
I did 10 calories on the grapple rope climber ranging from medium to highest weight.
As I don’t have a HRM watch yet I can’t accurately calculate calories so I’m going to undercount and say about 200 although it is probably more.
Feels good to be back in the gym and as it was during the afternoon instead after school (day off) I preferred the atmosphere! Can’t wait until study leave/summer break so I’ll have 3 months off going pretty much whenever I want.
