Went gym despite my poorly foot and think I did pretty good!
Just over 30 minutes on the like sitting down bike? Not sure what it’s called. Low-medium speed because I was relaxing a little.
About 20-25 minutes on the treadmill. As it’s painful to run for too long I mixed it up a bit. Super fast power walk on flat, power walking on a medium incline, fast as I could on an high incline. I did some 1 minutes runs, a 2 and a half minute run and then 2 minutes on 11.5 which is the fastest I’ve reached yet.
About 15 minutes in total on the cross trainer and the cross trainer where you only move you legs.
I did 10 calories on the grapple rope climber ranging from medium to highest weight.
As I don’t have a HRM watch yet I can’t accurately calculate calories so I’m going to undercount and say about 200 although it is probably more.
Feels good to be back in the gym and as it was during the afternoon instead after school (day off) I preferred the atmosphere! Can’t wait until study leave/summer break so I’ll have 3 months off going pretty much whenever I want.

I ate alright today minus my snacks.
One slice of white bread toasted (my mum used the wrong bread) -132 cals
Baked potato with tuna mayo (little mayo) - 390 cals
Chinese style low fat rice, grilled chicken breast, grilled onion, grilled lean bacon rasher - 399 cals
Waffle - 170 cals
Shreddies - 209 cals
Caramel Egg - 170 cals
Met with my trainer and ran through my programme but without doing the full amount of reps, only about a third. - Approx minus 200 cals (probably more but I didn’t want to over estimate)
Net - 1193
Although I didn’t work out for as long today I really felt the burn and properly sweated! Not sure if that’s due to drinking about 8 glasses of water a day for 3 days in a row. Spent about 30 minutes in the sauna which along with my healthier eating is making a difference to my skin. Can’t wait to see results!

After spending five hours stood up in school I really wasn’t in the mood to workout, but I pushed myself and don’t regret it. Found it about the same difficulty as yesterday.

30 day shred - Day One
Ugh, so exhuasted. Was a good work out though and I can’t wait to see myself improve.
Just finished “Insanity - Pure Cardio”. Oh my gosh, that is so hard! I’m so hot and sticky but I didn’t sweat loads, I tend not to. Does this mean I’ve not worked hard enough? Can you still have worked out hard without lots of sweating?

Underestimated my walking speed, it only too my 80 minutes almost half the time I though!
3 scrambled egg whites on 2 pieces of wholemeal toasted bread -305 cals
Greggs sausage roll - 360 cals
Sausage with mash and onion gravy - 396
Peperami, 1 chicken wing - 151
Didn’t eat too great today, definitely didn’t realise how many calories was in that sausage roll. I will try to get 15 minutes on the exercise bike later on but I’m not feeling too good at the minute.
